We build every SlumbaPak product to survive years of real family travel.

Lifetime Support Even after the warranty ends, we’re still here. Reach out anytime for spare parts, care tips, or advice – we’ll look after you and your SlumbaPak products for as long as you use them.

Standard warranty: 1 year from date of purchase

Extended warranty: Register within 30 days and get a full 2-year warranty on the Little Explorer and Adventurer

What’s covered

• Manufacturing - defects in materials and workmanship
• Faulty - zippers, buckles, seams, fabric tears, or straps that fail under normal use
• Any issue that stops SlumbaPak from performing as intended

What we’ll do (at no cost to you)

1. Repair the item, or
2. Replace the faulty part, or
3. Send you a brand-new SlumbaPak, or
4. If your exact colour/style is discontinued replace it with the current equivalent (or better)

What’s not covered

• Normal wear and tear (light marks, fading, or minor scuffs from heavy use)
• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, airline mishandling, sharp objects, or improper washing
• Products purchased from unauthorised sellers

How to activate your full 2-Year Warranty
Your 1-year warranty starts automatically – registration simply doubles it and gives you priority support.

How to make a claim

1. Email us at hello@slumbapak.com with:

• Your order number (or proof of purchase)
• A couple of quick photos or a short video of the issue
• Your shipping address

1. We’ll reply within 24 hours with next steps (usually a free replacement shipped
   immediately).
2. Return of the original item is only required in rare cases, and we’ll always cover the postage.
