Return or Refunds

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 60 days from your purchase date to return your items – no questions asked. Simply ensure they are unused and in their original packaging. This policy extends to promotional and certified Refurbished items as well. Please note that the 60-day return policy does not apply to items purchased during a clearance sale. The product must not be used and must be returned in the state you received it (in damage, air, holes, tears, refund will be rejected). Items (including electronics, garments textiles and other hangings and wrappings) preferably to be returned in the original packaging to prevent damage while in transit.

We will take into consideration that you might have already taken the product out of the box. We understand you want to check if it is the right product for you. However, we expect the product to be returned in its original state. We will be happy to give you the full refund.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you'll be refunded on your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear, and entering your order number and post code/email address. If you select the tracking number for the return label you used you will be able to track your return order. Once received by our warehouse the refund process will start.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days. If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@slumbapak.com.

To return a product, please email us at hello@slumbapak.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds are processed using the original method of payment. If you made your purchase using a credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Afterpay (Australia only), all payments will be refunded to the original payment method.

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, the fastest way is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. Alternatively, you can email us at hello@slumbapak.com for assistance with exchanges.

Did you change your mind? You can return the product to us within 60 days from the purchase date and follow our standard Returns process.

Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.
