By placing an order with SlumbaPak Pty Ltd (ABN 95 673 945 330), you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. General
These terms apply to all purchases made through slumbapak.com. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time – the version current at the time of your order applies.
2. Product Use & Safety
SlumbaPak products are personal travel comfort devices designed to make flying with children easier and more comfortable.
- They are not certified child restraint systems – the aircraft seatbelt must remain fastened at all times.
- Adult supervision is required during use.
- Recommended for children aged 2–7 years (up to approx. 135 cm / 4 ft 5 in).
- Footrest is for leg elevation only – no standing.
- Keep away from sharp objects.
SlumbaPak complies with IATA guidelines for in-flight comfort devices but final approval is always at the discretion of cabin crew.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Afterpay (Australia only). Payments are securely processed via Shopify Payments – we do not store your card details.
4. Orders & Processing
- Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding Queensland public holidays).
- Current processing time: 3 business days (same/next business day with Priority Processing).
- Pre-order items ship once stock arrives.
- We may cancel any order and issue a full refund at our discretion.
5. Shipping
- Shipping times are estimates only – we are not responsible for courier delays or orders not arriving in time for travel.
- For urgent orders, select Priority Processing + Express Shipping at checkout.
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees unless Global Assurance Protection (GAP) is purchased.
- Risk passes to you once the parcel is handed to the courier.
6. Returns, Refunds & Warranty
We want you to love your SlumbaPak – that’s why we offer a 30-day “Fly & Try” guarantee.
- Change of mind returns: Return unused items in original condition within 30 days for a full refund or exchange (return postage at your expense).
- Faulty or damaged items: Contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos – we’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.
- Warranty: 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects when registered within 30 days of purchase. Accidental damage is not covered.
- Hygiene items: No returns on items used for personal hygiene reasons.
- Free gifts & promotional items: Not eligible for return or warranty.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
7. Promotions & Discounts
- Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively.
- Sale prices do not apply to previous orders.
- Gift cards and store credits are non-refundable and expire as stated.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
- Our liability is limited to replacing the product or refunding the purchase price.
- Use of SlumbaPak products is at your own risk if not in accordance with instructions.
9. Privacy
We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Australian Privacy Principles. We never sell your data and only share it where necessary for order fulfilment or as required by law.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on slumbapak.com (images, text, designs) is owned by SlumbaPak Pty Ltd. By submitting reviews, photos, or videos, you grant us permission to use them for marketing purposes (opt out by stating so in your submission).
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
