We’re excited to get your SlumbaPak on its way! Below you’ll find everything you need to know about processing times, delivery estimates, and how to get your order faster.

When will my order ship?

We pack and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
Current estimated processing time: 2 business days from when your order is placed (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

How long will delivery take?

Delivery times are estimates provided by our couriers and begin once your order has been dispatched.

How can I get my order faster for upcoming travel?

For the quickest possible delivery in metro Australia, select Priority Processing ($30) + Express Shipping at checkout.
This combination typically gets your order to you in 1–2 business days (metro areas).

For all other locations, please refer to the delivery times above.

Please note: While we do everything we can to dispatch quickly, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, especially during busy periods.

What is Priority Processing?

Priority Processing moves your order to the front of our packing queue for same-day or next-business-day dispatch.
It is not a faster delivery method – for fastest arrival, pair it with Express Shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes – we ship worldwide!
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees upon arrival. We strongly recommend adding Global Assurance Protection (GAP) at checkout for coverage of duties, taxes, and full transit insurance.

Will I get tracking?

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
If tracking shows “label created” or “pending”, it means your order is being packed and hasn’t yet been scanned by the courier. Tracking will update once collected.

What does “Authority to Leave” mean?

Australia Post orders are automatically marked Authority to Leave (ATL).
If you prefer signature on delivery, simply add “NO ATL” in the order notes at checkout.

What about preorders?

Preorder items ship together with any other products in your order once stock arrives.
If you’d like separate shipments, please email us – additional shipping fees may apply.

Can I change shipping after ordering?

Unfortunately, once an order is processed we cannot change the shipping method or address.

My order hasn’t arrived – what should I do?

First, check your tracking link. If it’s delayed, contact the courier directly using the tracking number provided. Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, delivery is managed by the carrier.
